The ballast does offer Multi-Volt operation, simply flip the 120/240 switch and plug in a Smart Volt 240V power cord. Bulbs are warranted for one year, ballasts for five.More lumens generated per watt of electricity consumed - LumatekTM ballasts have increased efficiency over magnetic ballasts.
